There are 3 ways you can make a booking
Click on the “make a booking now’’ button …that will take you to an automated booking page. We don’t list all the available options on this service to ensure that we don’t get facilities double booked so if a facility is shown as being unavailable please either email or phone the camp as its likely we will still be able to help.
Email the camp using the ‘’contact us’’ page with your request
Phone us on 094098511. Because during the day we are usually out and about attending to camp maintenance etc its best to leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please take note of our cancellation policy
In fairness to other customers who may miss out on staying with us because of a cancelled booking the following cancellation policies apply. Generally to secure a site details of a valid credit card is required (provision of the details is tantamount to approval to place a charge on the card) as a deposit. Refunds will made where cancellations are received up to 14 days of the booked date (but there may be a $20 cancellation fee charged) if the facility is able to be re-let. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of a booked date no refund will be provided. During the recognised holiday periods a full payment in advance may be required to secure popular sites or facilities and the amount of any refund will be based on our ability to re-let the facility. Obviously the earlier we get notice of cancellation the easier it is to fill the space and give a full refund. In fairness to other potential campers and the company a valid credit card is required to secure a site or room and charges will be placed on the card in the case of a “no show”. There are no refunds for early termination subsequent to check-in.
Please note that during the peak season a $5 per night site fee will be charged to cover the addition costs incurred during the holiday season.
